Engaged to complete a speculative fitout in a building that had never been leased, CDI worked closely with the design team to ensure the project met budget and schedule while maintaining design intent and objectives for leasing.
The standout feature of the space was the new breakout and collaboration zone, where bespoke joinery with a ply laminate finish created a clean and bright aesthetic, contrasted with dark feature tiles and wall joinery to add depth and variation.
With the rest of the building fully leased, CDI adhered to permit systems and worked within a complex live environment, minimising disruption and ensuring that services continued without downtime.
