CDI was contracted to deliver the Speculative Tenancy Fitout on Level 4 at 108 St Georges Terrace. The fitout featured polished concrete floors, reception stone, oak laminates, acoustic panels, exposed ceilings, whiteboard glass, and perforated mesh in the central pavilion hub, along with high-end furnishings throughout.

Close coordination between the services consultants and design team was essential to ensuring the design intent was accurately translated into both the buildability and aesthetic elements. The project was successfully completed on schedule, achieving full client satisfaction and the approval of all parties involved.
