This refurbishment in East Perth involved transforming the north and south atriums on the ground floor. Works were strategically planned in three stages to minimise disruption to building occupants, maintaining ground-floor access and carefully managing noisy activities within the live environment. To further reduce impact, construction was scheduled both during and outside standard hours, with out-of-hours deliveries to avoid interruptions to daily operations.
