This three-floor fitout was delivered in stages over ten weeks, with an additional four-week Stage Two to accommodate a tenanted area. Following two weeks of ECI discussions for buildability advice and budget allocation, Temporary spaces were provided for staff relocations during this transition, along with change management walkthroughs for staff, some of whom had not relocated in over 20 years. Custom signage inspired by aerial mine site landscapes and topographic details added to the visual impact.
