Dradgin is the owner of a number of commercial properties in Perth including the Atrium at 168 St Georges Terrace, which is currently undergoing a major refurbishment to refresh the asset to an A Class office building.

Following discussions with CDI Group, Dradgin elected to commence negotiations with CDI for the delivery of a single 2000m2 show suite on L3. The design of the show suite was not fully resolved and during the negotiations the CDI team worked collaboratively with the team presenting alternative construction methodologies / material selections to drive the tender process to meet budget and quality expectations.

CDI approached the commercial negotiations in an open and transparent manner and the CDI team were sensitive and reactive to Dradgin’s need to deliver the project to a budget outcome. This client centric approach displayed by CDI meant they naturally became a key part of the team, culminating in a final offer that was within the budget / quality parameters expected.

Since the commencement of the L3 showsuite, Dradgin have successfully negotiated further contract works with CDI, including full floor fit-out’s on L4-L6, bathroom amenity refurbishment L4-L8, full refurbishment of the Atrium ground floor lobby, new gym, new basketball court to L9 and the expansion of the End oF Trip facilities.

The quality of the built form delivered by CDI has met and exceeded expectations. Dradgin would not hesitate to recommend CDI for any other fitout projects.

For many years CDI has undertaken a variety of projects at Central Park and has also been a consistent invitee to tender for projects. Our experience of CDI at Central Park is that CDI’s processes, including those relating to HSEQ, result in it running well managed sites, with clearly set out requirements for visitors to its sites, and processes that ensure transparency and accountability from initial site preparation through to demobilisation from site. There have been no safety related issues on the project works sites that CDI has been appointed on at Central Park. It is also important to note that CDI’s senior management, including its Managing Director, are available to us in the event that their involvement is required.

Central Park’s requirements of its contractors in regard to HSE have increased over the years and it is testament to CDI that it remains a well regarded contractor when considering who to invite to tender for our projects.

Dexus Property Group engaged CDI Group to deliver a multifaceted, complex fitout project of four separable portions which was executed to the highest standard by CDI Group. CDI Group was selected by NEXTDC for a major technical office fit-out at their Malaga data centre, as a result of being awarded the contract through a competitive tender process. Past clients of CDI Group were contacted and very positive feedback was obtained.
