CDI, working alongside Charter Hall and Milieu Creative successfully completed the end of trip facility and bike store located within the Raine Square precinct. The space draws on an industrial use of materiality consisting of raw and exposed brick and stone, black hardware, natural warm finishes and feature track lighting. The provision of a new bike store with pumping station, male and female amenities, UAT, locker bay, airing station, hair station and directional signage were undertaken in conjunction with mechanical, hydraulics, electrical and fire consultants.
