Taking inspiration from WA’s unique vernacular lifestyle, CDI were contracted to complete the cold shell base build and fitout works for Dexus Place under the direction of APP and working alongside Arup and Girvin Waugh. The agile fitout comprising of new boardrooms, 2x breakout and kitchenettes with stone bench tops, co-working lounges, training rooms, comms room, immersive studio, custom cabinetry and upgrade of Male, Female and UAT amenities was successfully completed over 4 seperable portions.
With CDI concurrently managing and completing works for another tenant on the same floor who became live and operational halfway through the course of this fitout, PC was successfully reached with the client and end users ecstatic with their new space.
