Challenge: To mitigate noisy works within a live tenanted environment
Solution: The Project team used a delivery programme to provide a transparent method of arranging deliveries so there was no disruption to the client's operations
Challenge: Breaking into existing tenancy from the new tenancy
Solution: The Project team installed a temporary dividing wall on the outside of the dividing tenancy wall to enable the site to be completely segregated. Open and consistent communication with the Client regarding upcoming works and working with them.
