A multi tenanted, occupied building, we were engaged by CBRE to undertake works on these 22 levels, over three phases. These works were carried out where multiple contractors were working within the building. At one point during the project, 22 floors had some construction work being undertaken. Careful planning in regards to egress for deliveries and waste removals was critical to ensure programme was met and works were completed within building guidelines.
Our works over 12,000 sqm and 22 Levels included highly detailed client specs requiring extensive attention to detail to deliver the prescribed high quality finish.
Post Practical Completion and Handover, 89 client requested variations were approved with all works being completed out of hours on fully-occupied floors to mitigate risk to OHS and ensure operation continuity at all times.
